- The bag straps and trim are from thick red cotton with contrast stitching
- The straps are tied into a 'rabbit ear' knot and are adjustable
- The magnet buttons are placed on a fabric patch with contrast stitching
- The inner layer is made from blue cotton
- The inside zip pocket has yellow contrast stitching

Batik painting with beeswax
Batik is a common technique among tribal groups to decorate fabrics. The artisans will use molten beeswax to draw on a fabric surface following the designed pattern. The fabric then will be colored into cool dye and finally boiled in boiling water. Beeswax will be melted in hot water and reveal the covered pattern. Though sound simple, batik painting requires a lot of practice and skills to master.
