The coasters are made from hemp which is woven by hand by tribal artisans in north Vietnam
The decoration patch is from repurposed H'mong fabric with indigo batik drawing and hand-stitched details
The color is naturally dyed from plants
The reverse side is made from cotton

Handmade hemp fabric
Hemp in Vietnam are grown organically and harvested by hand. It will go through 41 steps from scrutching, beating, straightening to weaving, coloring to create a piece of cloth which is strong, durable and biodegradable. Hemp fabrics get softer and more comfortable after wears and washes
